What if I miss a live session or have immediate questions?

Don't worry if you can't attend a live session; all classes are recorded and made available in your online course portal for later viewing. Should you have any questions, feel free to engage with our dedicated private community group within the app, where both peers and instructors are ready to assist.

What are the duration of the coaching calls?

The training is designed to be flexible, allowing participants to progress at a pace that suits their schedule. We hold approximately two live coaching sessions per month. Each call will vary in duration based on the Q&A portion of the call, and we will try to get to all of the questions in each call. This coaching is designed to pair with your time building to assist you in real time with common industry hurdles.

Are there any prerequisites for enrolling?

While a commercial pilot certificate is beneficial, the main requirement is a commitment to developing leadership and soft skills.

What if I already have a job?

You don't know what you don't know. Connecting with a group that has their thumb on the pulse of the industry is a wise decision. These coaching calls are designed to help you advance within your organization as well as build time effectively so that you are competitive for the highest role you can achieve.

What if I am currently in Phase 1 (flight school)?

We actually review technical knowledge often during these coaching calls. The material will either be a good review for you or a nice heads up on what to study!
