After the interview, there will be some time that passes in which you will need to stay actively engaged in the process. Human Resources departments are inundated with paperwork. You can potentially get yourself hired if you help them along. The background check phase of the application process is highly detailed, and your file can get stuck indefinitely if you don’t follow the process. Do you prep me for a specific company?

Yes! We customize your training to the company to which you are applying. The application, interview questions, and technical portion will depend on the sector and company.

I already failed an interview, is there hope to re-apply?

Absolutely. Many of our customers have been hired after receiving the dreaded “thanks but no thanks” letter.

Are there any recurring monthly costs associated with this course?

No, this is a one-time fee for lifetime access to the course and member’s area.

What if I don't get the job after taking this course?

Hopefully, you become selected during your first interview, but if not, we will be incredibly curious about what happened. In the event of a failed interview, we will issue you an additional 1-hour coaching for remedial training for your next interview.

How long does this course take?

This depends on several factors including our instructor availability and your experience. Ideally, you are a low time pilot and utilize this course as it is intended - to guide you to become a highly desirable leader throughout the entire skill-building phase of your early career. The application process can be tedious and ordering your records can take up to 12 weeks depending on FAA staffing. The bottom line: START EARLY. We recommend starting this process the moment you obtain your commercial certificate and 90 days is the absolute minimum recommendationI.

How many hours of one-on-one training do I receive?

Each course comes with 4 hours of personalized training. (1-hour phone consultation and 3-hours of video training for the mock interview critique). Additional time may be purchased by the hour a-la-carte.

Do you offer a refund?

Yes, you may request a full refund if you are unsatisfied within 30 days prior to the mock interview video training classes. After that, you are a lifetime member.

Can I share my password with my friends?

No. That is considered theft. Per our terms and conditions, your access will be permanently revoked without refund anytime you violate the privacy policy or terms of service.

Do you offer any compensation for referrals?

Yes! We will send you $50 for any referrals you send to our course. Submit your request to support@avicair.com with the name of your referral after they join. They must confirm your referral prior to payment.
